I've been a personal trainer for over 30 years now. I can help you with everything from basic training and weight loss all the way up to olympic training and bodybuilding. My goal is to help you reach your goal and live a healthy lifestyle, and of course, be confident and happy with yourself. My way of training is to not only train people; but to educate them about themselves and the human body.
